The CHLK Belt — short for Combat Helo Load-rated Kit — is a purpose-built two-belt system developed for elite military and law enforcement personnel who need gear that does more than carry weight. With a 3,500 lb static load rating and tether-ready anchor points, it’s designed to lock you into a bird and keep your gear locked onto you. Sizing for Operational Fit

This isn’t your jeans belt. For proper fit and overlap:

1. Wear your duty pants.

2. Wrap your current belt around your waist, mark the tightest point.

3. Measure from buckle tip to the mark.

4. Choose the next size above your measurement.

For mission stability, this belt must overlap and secure properly — size up if in doubt.

CHLK Belt Sizing Chart

To ensure a proper fit and secure overlap, base your selection on your measured waist size, not your pants size. If you're between sizes, round up.

Sizing Tip:
Wrap your current belt around your waist at duty height (over belt loops), mark where the tail meets the buckle under tension, then measure from buckle tip to mark. Choose the CHLK size that’s just above that number.
