At LYNX Survival Systems, we’re committed to delivering your gear with speed, accuracy, and reliability—whether you're preparing as an individual or outfitting a full team. The information below outlines our current shipping process and expectations.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Economy Shipping on orders over $100 (some exclusions may apply)

  • For orders under $100, shipping rates and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your address and selected method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight: 1 business day

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual arrival may vary based on carrier performance, location, weather conditions, or external disruptions.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products—including items with lithium batteries, safety matches, or flammable materials—may be subject to ground shipping only due to carrier and regulatory guidelines.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Partner Fulfillment

Select products may ship directly from our supply partners. In such cases:

  • Fulfillment timelines and shipping rates may vary

  • Separate shipping charges may appear at checkout for partner-fulfilled items


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier system.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Email info@lynxsurvivalsystems.com with your order number and photos or documentation if applicable
    We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping information before completing checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or result in returned shipments

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately—we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed
