At LYNX Survival Systems, we stand behind every piece of gear we source and supply. If there's an issue with your order, we're committed to making it right—within the parameters of the policy outlined below.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Item is unused and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order number)
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@lynxsurvivalsystems.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Note: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@lynxsurvivalsystems.com. Include your order number and clear photos to expedite the resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or engraved products

Perishable goods (e.g., food rations)

Personal-use or hygiene items

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)

Gift cards or final sale items
Note: All clothing must be unworn and include original tags to qualify for a return.
Food Storage Policy
All sales on long-term food storage products are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds on these items due to:

Incorrect orders

Change of mind

Shipping delays
Replacements will only be issued if:

The item has a verified manufacturer defect, or
-
The item was damaged in transit (must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence)
Pre-Orders
As of February 7, 2025, all pre-order sales are final and not eligible for refund.
Orders placed before this date follow our previous return policy.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete a return under this policy and place a new order after your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your financial institution may take additional time to process and post the refund.
